No, I didn't really kick down my friend's door dressed as Kamina and jump onto her table to give an inspiring speech; although I was obsessed with Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann for quite some time and I would quote it all the time. The closest this came to happening was when I brought my core drill and Gurren Lagann action figure to our weekly D&D meetings and half of the party was distracted the whole time. The Dungeon Master was not happy with me that day.
Anyway, Gurren Lagann: 10/10, would watch again. If you haven't seen it you should go do that right now. It's great.

Best part of Gurren Lagann day was when the legs and arms got switched out by that gnoll guy. He's pretty awesome
